1. Information Collection and SMS Opt-In
We collect your mobile phone number directly from you during your onboarding process, through our internal HR portal, or when you explicitly opt-in to receive operational system updates.
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive automated technical alerts, deployment logs, system errors, and administrative notifications related to your job duties.
Consent is collected internally and is strictly tied to your employment or contracting agreement with Vacation Steal .
2. How We Use Your Information
Your mobile number is used solely to deliver critical operational and technical notifications (such as system deployment statuses, server error logs, and urgent internal company updates). We do not use your phone number for external marketing, promotional tracking, or commercial advertising.
3. Sharing of Information (Carrier Mandatory Clause)
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
4. Opt-Out and Help
You have full control over the text alerts you receive:
To Stop: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to our number in response to any alert. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS alerts.
To Get Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or contact our internal IT helpdesk directly at support@VacationSteal.com.
5. Fees and Frequency
Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Message Frequency: The number of messages you receive will vary dynamically based on system activities, server alerts, and deployment schedules.
