SMS Terms of Service

These SMS Terms of Service govern the automated text messaging program operated by Vacation Steal for its employees, contractors, and staff members.
1. Program Description and Consent
By providing your mobile phone number during onboarding, via the internal HR portal, or through our technical configuration tools, you agree to receive automated text messages from Vacation Steal. These messages include critical operational notifications, technical logs, system deployment statuses (e.g., build updates), and server error alerts related to your administrative or technical duties.
2. Enrollment and Opt-In
Opt-in is strictly internal. Staff members enroll by submitting their mobile number to the company’s internal technology registry or HR platform, thereby consenting to receive job-related automated system alerts.
3. Cost, Frequency, and Carriers
Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Check your wireless plan or contact your mobile provider for billing details.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies dynamically based on server activity, development deployment schedules, and system errors.
Supported Carriers: Delivery of text messages is subject to the effective transmission of your wireless provider. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. How to Opt-Out (Stop)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to our number in response to any alert. After you send the text message STOP to us, we will send you a final SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. Following this, you will no longer receive automated system alerts via text.
5. Support and Help
If you experience any issues with the messaging system, reply with the keyword HELP to receive basic automated troubleshooting steps, or open a support ticket directly with our internal IT helpdesk at support@VacationSteal.com.
6. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this internal text messaging system will be handled in accordance with the standard dispute resolution procedures outlined in your Vacation Steal Employment Agreement or Contractor Agreement.
