Please help them do their job. Travel is a dynamic and perishable product. Pricing can get complicated. We just want to make sure we’re comparing apples to apples.

If you find lower pricing, make sure the room, seat, and vehicle are the same because packaging, features, and add-ons are not always transparent. The lower price you see may actually be for something materially different from what you booked. Prices and inventory can rapidly change day by day, by the hour, or even from one search to the next.

Google Flights is a good example. They display the lowest pricing in the search results but … when you check the details you may discover that the supposed bargain you saw has 2 stops and a 16 hour overnight layover in Pittsburgh. If the itinerary is the same (good so far!), when you click through to the airline you may see the price has magically gone up or - even worse - it’s a phantom fare and there are no actual seats available.

So always take a video or screenshot and promptly call reservations or register at the Price Match Page. Thank you!
